Senior Staff Interview Day Preference Form

You will be assigned to one day of the week in either the Interviewer role, or the Wrap-up/tour role.
AHDS will also rotate being an Evening Ambassador and Lunch Companion.

After all forms are sumbitted, you will be notified before the end of Fall semester what day of the week and what role you will be assigned to; and then you can block your spring semester calendar on that day according to the times below.

Interviewing begins February 1 through May 4, 2007. (Note: we do not interview over spring break or on Tuesdays).

Interviewing: 9:45 - 11:00 a.m.

AHDs and Directors will interview together. For AHD candidates we will assign 2 AHDs and 1 Director; for Full-time candidates, we will assign 1 AHD and 2 Directors.

Wrap-up/Tour Guide: 1:40 - 3:30 p.m.
Conduct the 15 minute wrap-up with one candidate, and then take both candidates on a tour of campus in the MSU vehicle and to their graduate program appointments; then back to where they are staying.

Evening Ambassador: 7:00 -9:00 p.m.

Evening Ambassadors will be assigned to meet with one candidate from 7:00-9:00 p.m. one evening per week along with a Mentor from hall or a nearby hall. Ambassador's contact with candidates generally involves a visit to their apartment in either Wilson or Wonders Hall and may, if requested, involve a brief walking tour of campus. Your role will be to provide information about MSU from a student's perspective.

Lunch: 12:00 Noon - 1:00 p.m. Wilson Hall

One AHD and one Director will meet each candidate for lunch. This lunch is an opportunity for the candidate to have an informal conversation with staff about what it is like to be a graduate student here at MSU. Please indicate when you could be available to have lunch:
